Dates:
We run one session of 51 days from late June to mid-August each summer. We do not offer half-season or weekly plans. There is one Visiting Day midway through the summer. Our dates are posted for the coming summer of 2009, and we anticipate staying close to this schedule going forward.

Tuition:
For Summer 2009, tuition for all new first-time campers is $8,545 complete (this includes tuition of $7,995 plus the $550 canteen fee.) Every summer there is an early sign-up option available to all our camp families that offers a discount for early deposits received during the summer before. That is the same price we offer all new campers in their first summer with us, as a courtesy to our new families! This total is complete (except for senior trips--see below), and covers bus transportation to and from camp from our designated pickup locations. (Airfare, if necessary, is not included. Florida fliers should arrive and depart together--we coordinate flights in January.)

Other Optional Costs of Camp:
Baggage - Each summer we recommend a company that can take your child's trunks and duffels directly from your home to camp just before the season begins. Their charges are not part of tuition, and are optional.

Clothing - We are not a uniform camp, but do require some camp tee shirts and athletic wear for each camper. The required components come to around $200 per camper. We use Cloz. Co. as our official outfitter, and you can link to their web site from here to see the selections.

Trips - All trips and travel are included in our tuition except for our 3-day, 2-night Senior Trip (for our 9th and 10th grade campers). 11th grade campers go on an overnight trip to Newport, also not included in tuition.

Tennis - Extra lessons (private) are available above & beyond those we provide as part of our regular program for those who wish to pursue a deeper immersion in this sport. 5 or 10 lesson packages are available where we match a player with one of our pros. Please inquire.

Golf - For those who wish to keep up with their game, we will provide 5 rounds of golf during the summer at local clubs. For serious players only (not beginners) who bring their own equipment--please inquire.

Camper Demographics:
Our campers come from all over the U.S., the majority from Northeastern states like New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Pennsylvania. Many travel to us from Florida, Arizona, Texas and California and some from abroad. There is no predominance by any one area or locale.
